Times: NASCAR Racing and Religion

I once went to a stock car race with my wife and kids at the Minnesota State Fair. It was so loud that we left after half an hour and could not hear for the rest of the day.

I don't understand the attraction of auto racing. But lots of other people do. Today in advance of the Daytona 500, the Times sees fit to cover the odd affiliation of religion and racing:
