    I don't care for his politics, but I think that he is very patriotic. This cover should be condemned resolutely.

    So the New Yorker is no longer permitted to exhibit irony?

    We are in line for a humorless administration opposed to freedom of speech, God help us.

    I find the Obama response one more reason not to vote for him.

    He needs one per cent of the self deprecation Mc Cain so easily exhibits.
