Yes it's kosher - but aren't 'people' worried about the "danger" inherent in the comfortable setting for Jews and non-Jews to sit and eat together? I'm sure there are those who would declare the setting traif on that issue (as opposed to the restaurant in Brooklyn named "Traif" which is, of course, yada, yada
