Yalla Ya Nasrallah - A Rhythmic Serenade from Israel

It was a year ago that we posted this and it took off like a rocket. So here it is again...

You will not see this video on American TV. It is quintessentially Israeli. And somehow... well just watch it.

(Hats off to the Heading for Sinai blog.)

Cool video, thanks!
Hey, would it be possible to make your page shorter, because even with my DSL, it takes a while to load. Stuff over 2 months old can be put on another page.
Just trying to help.

כל הכבוד על
השיר המצויין הזה.
מגיע לחיילים ולחיילות שלנו הנלחמים שם שיהיה שיר לאומי שמראה כזו גאווה עידוד ותמיכה בהם.

Reminds me of something the Nazi's would have produced to rally their troups to kill Jews. I hope and pray that this video does not represent the thinking of all Israelis.

El video es fantástico si se trata de divertir y motivar a nuestras queridas tropas mientras tienen que destruir a este odioso enemigo.

Sin embargo, todos esperamos que esta sea la última guerra y volvamos a escribir canciones de paz.

The video is gorgeous and motivating for our troops who face such a sick foe. However, once this war is over, we should return to compose peace-loving songs again.

This video trivialises a tragic situation, An educated nation should not stoop to such rubbish when it has so much right on it's side.

i think israel should broadcast this song on all radio stations in order to raise the hopes of our soldiers not to mention their humour

Because you are all passing this around, the world is getting the opportunity to see this video and I for one am very disappointed in your glee. This video only contributes to my confusion as to who the violent ones are.

Considering the crazy things the extremists are doing, this song is quite placid.

Not exactly the highest level of Israeli songs but not to be taken too seriously. I live in Israel and have NEVER heard this song so that should indicate how popular this song is (NOT!). For those who are offended by the words, take a look at some of the words of American and British soldiers songs. Also, you may want to read some of the wording of some Hizballah or Hamas songs....

Everybody is entitled to their opinion and this video is just the opinion of these particular artists. We should all be thankful for the freedom of speech and media. If you will all pay close attention, they did not say anything bad about Muslims or Arabs, but rather focused toward terrorists and the people who fund them, who are also terrorists. Before you get offended, listen carefully and remember it is NOT the opinion of the Nation, just a band of musicians. If you can do this, you might be able to appreciate the meaning and have a good laugh. The entire world should come together to eliminate terrorism with a zero tolerance for them. They are ruining things for everyone all over the world and deserve to be made fun of. They are an embarrassment to the peaceful practicing Muslims and other Arabs around the world!

Very motivating and catchy song and lyrics. However, those not on the Jewish/Israeli side can take it the wrong way. This videp is powerful but it can work against us. We want SHALOM, afterall, no?

Ummm...the Jews are supposed to be a light upon the nations. This is a very poor representation of that.

Hezbolalla means the people of G-D.
They should all meet their maker very soon !!!
They are ruining all our lives with their frustrations.. If they go after their protectors, they would be much better off...

this song made feel a strong conncention with our soldiers fighting out there. may g0d bless them and keep their spirits high. and why should we be civilised towards the uncivilised, i think this song is treating hezbollah too nicely!

G0D BLESS ISRAELIS, ISRAEL AND HE NATION AND KEEP THEM FROM HARM!

hehehe..what a video..interesting!! but i have one quest: did u israel won in the war,was ur soldiers brave?? NO AND NO !!!...this video suckss !! go to hell israel ...LOSERSSSSSS

Anonymous said...

umm, so "you people" probably shouldn't say "wipe them off the face of this earth" or "they all need to meet their maker," because I seem to remember a chapter in a history book about those same words used on "you." Isn't that how this whole thing started, who was gonna take "you people" in since "you" weren't fully exterminated? Perhaps remembering the hatred being placed back unto thee will help us overcome our hatred, and terrible language, towards our enemy.

Except for the fact that Israel didn't exactly "win" the Second Lebanon War, this kind of chutzpah is really funny.
