Sunset Wednesday: Have a Blessed Ramadan and Leshanah Tovah Tikatevu

"Ramadan, the holy month of fasting from dawn to dusk, celebrates the divine revelation of the Koran to Prophet Muhammad."

This year the start of Ramadan coincides with Rosh Hashanah Wednesday night.

Let us pray to Allah and to Hashem that this coincidence of the inception of high holy days be an omen for peace and goodwill for all Muslims and Jews in the coming year.

Easter never falls on Passover, and we Jews and Christians get along a whole lot better than do Arabs and Jews.

But of course, you can still pray to both Allah and Hashem.

Uhh, scratch that.
